Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided they have not yet been shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under our Returns Policy.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are issued for:

  • Orders cancelled within the allowed timeframe.

  • Products returned in unopened, unused condition within 14 days of delivery (as per our Returns Policy).

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect products reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons).

  • Products returned beyond the 14-day window.

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items.

Refund Process

  1. Email us with your order number, reason for refund, and any relevant photos (for damaged or incorrect items).

  2. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item or confirming the cancellation.

  3. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
